Refund Policy

LYFCOR Refund Policy

​

At LYFCOR, we are committed to providing high-quality training and coaching services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our programs or memberships.

General Policy

  • All paid memberships and training services are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made outside of the specific cases listed below.

  • Failure to attend or use purchased sessions does not relieve clients of their payment obligations.

Cancellations & Early Termination

  • Agreements are binding for the full initial contract term.

  • Early cancellation for reasons other than those outlined under Section 3 will result in a $300 cancellation fee.

  • Month-to-month agreements (after the initial contract term) may be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice.

Refunds Permitted Under State Law

In accordance with Utah State Law, partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  1. Death or Disability: If a client is unable to participate due to death or a documented disability, at least 90% of the pro-rated cost of unused services will be refunded within 30 days of request.

  2. Relocation by Client: If a client relocates more than 8 miles from their current location and more than 30 miles from the LYFCOR facility (or any similar facility that accepts LYFCOR’s obligations), a refund of at least 90% of the pro-rated cost of unused services will be issued.

  3. Relocation by LYFCOR: If LYFCOR relocates its facility more than 8 miles from its present location, or if services are materially impaired, clients may request a refund of at least 90% of the pro-rated cost of unused services.

  4. All refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 30 days.

 

Session Cancellations & “No Shows”

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled session.

  • Missed sessions without notice (“no shows”) will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

 

Payment Obligations

  • Payments must be made as scheduled under the agreement.

  • Late payments are subject to a $20 late fee.

  • Prepayments are accepted, but refunds will only be issued under the circumstances described in Section

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
